Ted DeMatteo, CPP, President and
CEO, is a Texas resident and a graduate of
Villanova University and Clarkson College
with a bachelor's degree in Industrial
Distribution (engineering sciences) and
Marketing. He holds an Engineering
Certification in Fire Alarm Systems and is
certified by NICET. In addition, he is a
Residential Fire Alarm Planning
Superintendent in the State of Texas.
Ted began his career with General Electric working on military defense projects involving naval and nuclear attack defense systems. In 1980 he moved to Texas and began his own consulting and security contracting company specializing in executive protection and later, developing forecasting software, and its application, using modeling for theft and embezzlement through such logic as Number Theory and Benford's Law.
Ted is currently a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and is certified in executive protection and the control of extraordinary violence. He is State Licensed by the Texas Board of Private Investigators and Private Security Agencies and the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.

Bill Elsik, Vice President, has
been a Woodlands resident for 26
years. Bill received a bachelor's degree
from Texas A&M University, majoring
in Industrial Distribution. Bill is
licensed by the State of Texas
Commission on Fire Protection as a
Residential Fire Alarm Planner and he
holds a NICET Level II Associate
Engineering certification in Fire Alarm
Protection Engineering. He is also a
member of the American Society for
Industrial Security and is State
Licensed by the Texas Board of
Private Investigators and Private
Security Agencies.

Prior to Intercontinental Integrated Systems, Bill's experience included project management, office management and business development in the computer hardware and software market. He is currently a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and an instructor in self defense.
